Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and in original packaging
• In the same condition as when you received it
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
• Not expired or damaged

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

1. Send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item
2. Inspect the item to ensure it meets return criteria
3. Process your refund within 5-7 business days
4. Issue the refund to your original payment method

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us: Email us at support@quranutrition.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive return authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
3. Package the item: Securely package the item in its original packaging
4. Ship the item: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization email
5. Track your return: Use the tracking number provided to monitor your return shipment

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Expired products
• Damaged products (unless damage occurred during shipping)
• Custom or personalized items
• Digital products or consultations

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@quranutrition.com. We will:

• Arrange for a replacement or full refund
• Cover return shipping costs
• Process your request within 24-48 hours

Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days

Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days
