Shipping Method

Every order ships by standard delivery, free across India, and usually arrives in 3-5 business days.

All orders are prepaid online via secure UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or festivals (Diwali, Dussehra, etc.), processing may take up to 3 business days. When your order is dispatched, we'll send you its tracking details on WhatsApp and by email.

Pincode Serviceability

When you type your PIN at checkout, we check whether our couriers deliver there. They reach most of India. If they don't reach yours, you can still place your order, and we'll find another way to get it to you. It may just take a few extra days. If you're unsure about your pincode, message us on WhatsApp and we'll check it for you.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive the tracking number and a tracking link by email and on WhatsApp. You can follow your parcel with that link or on the courier's website.

Visit our Track Order page, or message us on WhatsApp for real-time updates.

Discreet Packaging

We understand the sensitive nature of PMOS (formerly PCOS) wellness products. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The outer box has no product names, health information, or Qura branding visible externally. Only the delivery address and return address appear on the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or at hello@quranutrition.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
