1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Qura Nutrition's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Qura Nutrition's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Qura Nutrition's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Health Information Disclaimer

The information provided on this website is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Qura Nutrition's products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medication.

4. Product Information

While we strive to provide accurate product information, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Consultations

Our consultations are provided by qualified nutritionists and practitioners. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful advice, all consultations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. You should always consult with your primary healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Consultations are 20 minutes long. If you booked a consultation, or bought a program or kit, before we moved to 20-minute consultations, you keep the length you were sold until that package ends.

Free first consultation

We currently offer new patients a free first consultation. These terms apply to it:

• It is a video consultation of about 20 minutes with a BAMS-certified Ayurvedic doctor. After you book, we ask you to fill in a short health questionnaire so your doctor can prepare.
• There is one free first consultation per verified phone number, even across different accounts. If family members share a phone, message us and we will help.
• You can book it up to 7 days ahead and hold one free booking at a time. You can reschedule it yourself once, up to 2 hours before the call.
• If you miss it, you can book one more free consultation. If you miss that one too, the offer ends for your number, and your next first consultation is charged at the price shown when you book (Rs. 99 today).
• If a technical problem stopped you from joining, message us on WhatsApp and we will review it before it counts as missed.
• Follow-up consultations are 20 minutes and cost Rs. 99 each, unless they are included in your program or kit.
• The 90-day program is optional. Your doctor recommends a plan and tells you its price on the call.
• If you would rather not take medicines, your doctor's link also offers the Diet & Lifestyle Plan: your doctor's written diet and lifestyle plan, the tests they advised and one free follow-up, without medicines. It opens as soon as you pay and is not refundable after that. If you buy a Lite or Full program within 30 days, what you paid for the plan comes off its price.
• We may change or withdraw this offer at any time. If we do, we will honour consultations that are already booked.

7. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Refund policies are outlined in our Refund Policy page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Qura Nutrition, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
