11. Google User Data

11.1 Signing in with Google

When you sign in with your Google account, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them to create your Qura Nutrition account, sign you in and contact you about your consultations and orders. We do not ask for access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts or Google Calendar.

11.2 Google Calendar

Our team connects Qura Nutrition's own Google Calendar accounts so we can schedule consultations. When you book, we create the consultation on that calendar and send the invitation to your email address. We never ask patients for access to their calendars.

11.3 Our Business Tools

We use the Google Ads, Google Search Console and Google Analytics APIs to read reports about our own advertising and website. These tools connect only to Qura Nutrition's business accounts and cannot see any visitor's or patient's Google account.

11.4 Storage and Sharing

We store data received from Google on secure servers, and only staff who need it to provide our services can see it. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We share it only with the service providers that run our platform, or when the law requires us to.

11.5 Keeping and Deleting It

We keep your Google sign-in details for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and the Google data linked to it, email hello@quranutrition.com. You can also remove Qura Nutrition's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Qura Nutrition's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

14. How to Delete Your Data

If you used Facebook Login to create your account on Qura Nutrition and would like us to delete your personal data from our systems, you can request deletion in any of the following ways:

Email us at hello@quranutrition.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days of receiving your request.
From your Profile Settings page on our website, use the "Delete My Account" option to initiate immediate account deletion.

To also remove Qura Nutrition's access from your Facebook account:
Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites → find Qura Nutrition → click Remove.

Please note that deletion of your account will also remove any consultation bookings and purchase history associated with your profile. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
