Role at Qura
Dr. Singh advises Qura on the design of its Ayurvedic formulations and treatment protocols. His academic background in Sharir Kriya, the branch of Ayurveda concerned with physiology, informs how Qura maps classical concepts of metabolism and the menstrual cycle onto the modern understanding of PMOS (formerly PCOS) and PCOD.
Academic Background
For close to four decades, Dr. Singh taught Sharir Kriya as a professor in the postgraduate department of the National Institute of Ayurveda in Jaipur, one of India's apex Ayurvedic institutions. Sharir Kriya is the study of how the body functions in Ayurvedic terms: the doshas, dhatus, agni, and the processes that govern digestion, metabolism, and reproductive health.
That physiological grounding is what he brings to Qura's protocol work, helping connect traditional formulation principles to the metabolic and hormonal picture of PMOS and PCOD.
For information on how Qura's clinical content is researched and reviewed, see our editorial policy.
