Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At Qura Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 30-day no-questions-asked return policy means that if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of delivery, we will process a full refund. No lengthy explanations needed.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for:

• Unopened, unused products returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products that arrive damaged or defective
• Orders that were incorrectly fulfilled by us
• Duplicate orders (if not requested by you)

How to Initiate a Refund (India)

1. Contact Us on WhatsApp (Fastest): +91 8209037925 and send your order number and reason
2. Or Email Us: hello@quranutrition.com with your order number
3. Return Authorization: We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label (for eligible orders)
4. Return Shipment: Send the product back using the provided instructions
5. Refund Processing: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Refund Timeline (India)

Refunds are processed back to your original online payment method. We do not issue refunds via separate cash, cheque, or third-party transfer.

• Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM): 1-3 business days
• Net Banking (NEFT/IMPS): 3-7 business days
• Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Expired products
• Completed consultation sessions (digital service)
• Shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
