Role at Qura
Dr. Ayushi works on the design side of Qura's programs rather than in the consultation room. Patient consultations are with Dr. Megha Haldia. Her input shows up in two places most PMOS and PCOD plans skip.
Conception is the first. Garbhsanskar is the Ayurvedic approach to the months before and during pregnancy: diet, daily routine, and mental state. A woman with PMOS who is trying to conceive needs a different plan from the one built to regulate her cycle, and that is what Dr. Ayushi is trained for as a certified Garbhsanskar coach.
Skin and hair is the second. The acne along the jaw, the pigmentation, the hair coming out in the shower. Most patients treat these as cosmetic problems and get cosmetic answers, when the cause is usually hormonal. Her clinical cosmetology training is why Qura's protocols read them alongside the cycle rather than separately.
